Megan Crull, LMHC
Clinical Therapist
Megan is a fully licensed therapist who specializes in providing support to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships, life transitions and identity exploration. Megan is also passionate about supporting individuals struggling with a dual-diagnosis, as well as individuals struggling with their loved one’s addictions.
Megan approaches therapy through a strengths-based lens; Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients reach their goals.
Megan believes in a therapeutic relationship that fosters reflection, vulnerability, and collaboration; Her goal as your clinician is to create a safe space for you to explore your values, and reach your goals authentically.
Megan received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College with a certification in Child and Family Mental Health and Wellness. While completing her degree, she provided therapy to individuals struggling with dual-diagnoses (addiction, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders) in both inpatient and intensive outpatient settings.
Prior to joining the Trailhead Counseling team, Megan has worked as an outpatient clinical therapist for over 2 years. Megan has extensive experience working with a diverse group of adolescents, college-aged individuals, and adults who are navigating life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, relationship conflicts, as well as managing anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use disorders.
