Who We Support

Adolescent and College Aged Individuals

We are experienced in working with clients who are currently in or transitioning out of college. This can be a particularly challenging time, as individuals are often juggling multiple responsibilities and facing significant pressures related to academics, social life, and future career goals.

LGBTQIA+

Extensive experience working with adolescents and emerging adults between the ages of 14 and 26 who are in the midst of navigating the complex process of identity development. This stage of life can be particularly challenging, as individuals are often grappling with questions of self-identity, independence, and their place in the world. Many Trailhead clients seek support during this time, whether it be due to difficult life transitions or after experiencing trauma.

Adults Going Through Life Transitions

We have experience with those going through mid-adulthood who may be struggling with career-related issues or adjusting to motherhood. This can be a time of significant change and transition and are committed to helping clients navigate these challenges with compassion and support.

Trauma or Grief

A significant number of clients have experienced trauma or grief. These experiences can have a profound impact on an individual's mental health and well-being, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment to help our clients heal and move forward.
